Mudbox (Week 6)

Today in our 3D lesson we learnt more about Mudbox - I really enjoyed using it to make an interesting character out of the base head shape preset in the software. I then changed it gradually, playing around with the different settings like mould, smooth, cut, etc. and also the stamps, finishing off with a character I came to really like by the end, who seems to be a well traveled and experienced man with bear-like scars and a concerned face. He also reminds me of a kind and silly uncle. I also wanted to add eyes but wasn't sure how to make them look good so I made holes with the cut tool. I actually like how they came out, quite abstract and slightly eerie.
